Depending on what you ordered, our ability to make changes to the order (such as to the chosen designs, color, or size) will be limited.

Depending on what you ordered, our color & size change window will differ slightly.
Ready-Made Items
These items take only a short time to process before shipping. Includes Try-On Dresses, Final Sale Items, Clearance Sale Items, Swatches, 48 Hour Ship Items, etc.
Because these items process very quickly, we can only change the chosen color and size within 1 hour of the order being confirmed. Please email our customer service team with your order number and your change request within 1 hour.
Made-To-Order Items
These items take several days for production like bridesmaid, mother of the bride, wedding dresses, etc.
We can change the chosen color, size, and measurement on these orders within 24 hours of the orders being confirmed. Please email our customer service team with your order number and your change request within 24 hours. Once it passes the 24 hour change window, the orders are already moved into production and no change can be made.
We can only offer free changes from standard size to a standard size, or from custom size to custom size. If you need to change the standard size to a custom size, please contact our customer service with your order number and your change request in the above mentioned change window, they’ll help make the change.
Please note: We’ll have to charge you the custom fee for changes from a standard size to a custom size. Instead, if you need to change the custom size to a standard size, we’ll refund you the custom fee you paid. For customers in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Canada, Austria, and Belgium, we are currently providing free custom sizing for a limited time. This offer also extends to Flower Girl Dresses and Junior Bridesmaid Dresses, available to all countries. This means that any special size changes you require will not incur any charges or refunds.
If you ordered too many items or not enough and are still within your change time window, you can email our customer service team your order number and change request. They’ll help delete the item you don’t want or add the item you need to your existing order.
Currently, we can only offer the following design changes for Made-to-Order Dresses:
Remove Train or Add Spaghetti Strap
If you need to remove the train or add spaghetti strap for the custom-size dresses you ordered, you may contact our customer service with your order number and your change request within 24 hour change window. They’ll message our tailors to make the changes for free.
If you ordered standard-size dresses but need these changes, we’ll have to charge you the custom fee. Because at this point, the dresses are specially custom-made just for you.
Remove Belt or Bow
If you need to remove the belt or bow on the dresses you ordered, please contact our customer service with your order number and your change request within 24 hour change window. They’ll check if the change is possible to make first, if yes, they’ll message our tailors to make the changes.
Currently, we don’t charge for these changes. But at this point, the dresses are specially custom-made just for you. And custom-made dresses are non-returnable.
If the change you want cannot be made, you can use our filters to see if you can find a similar style that already comes with the features you are looking for.
We understand that sometimes you may input the wrong address when placing your order and need to change it after. You can log in to the "My Orders" page, and find the order that you need to change the address. On the order details page, you can edit the shipping address (Except the country).
By submitting the changes you made, it doesn’t mean that the shipping address is successfully changed. Our website will automatically create a ticket for your new address and forward it to our customer service team. They’ll change the address for you afterward.
If you need to change the country information, there might be shipping address limitations or shipping fee differences. Please contact our customer service for more details.
Due to time differences, there may be some delays in our customer service processing time. Therefore, we suggest you submit your change request within the following change window:
Ready-Made Items: 1 hour
Made-to-Order Items: 24 hours
If you submit your change request after the change window, we reserve the right to refuse your request. And if your order is shipped before we start processing your request, the change cannot be made. And we are not liable for this situation.
Even though we accept some change requests for Made-to-Order Items, we still don’t recommend doing so. Keep in mind that the majority of JJ's House made-to-order products are to help minimize our carbon footprint and reduce environmental waste. Changes after production may cause more waste of the materials. Therefore, we recommend that you consider what changes you need and leave a note before placing an order, and ensure that the order information is correct when placing it.
